It’s counter balanced arms reduce the starting resistance level and minimizing strain so that users can focus on their form. Weight Plates And Guide Rods: 7/16″ diameter weight selector pin magnetically locks in place and is connected to stack to prevent loss; Incremental weight system is integrated on top plate. Simple turn of dial allows users to select 5 lbs, 10 lbs or 15 lbs weight increments for gradual increase in resistance; Solid-steel weight plates.
